If you have any questions regarding your appointment, or need to change your reservation, please call (847) 478-5795. We recommend booking your appointments in advance to ensure availability.

Saturday: 9am to 6pm
Sunday: 9am to 2pm

Reservations

In order to accommodate your desired appointments a credit card is required at this time to guarantee your reservation. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card hold. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Any questions or concerns should be addressed by contacting the spa before your appointment. 

Check In

We ask that you please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly. 

Day Spa

The use of the resorts pools, indoor and outdoor along with therapy tub, are available to our spa guests for a small fee of $25.00 added to any therapy appointment. Day Spa is available Tuesday thru Friday. A bathing suit is required for use of the indoor/outdoor pools and therapy tub.

Cancellation Policy & Fees

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Groups one week in advance. 

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of each scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged 100% for the scheduled service.  

We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on call" status and can have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time and lost revenue.

Group Bookings

For parties of three or more, please contact our spa manager for group booking policies and availability. A completed contract and deposit are required to secure your appointment and arranged pricing. A 20% gratuity will be added to each spa service performed. Exclusive use of the Spa is available; please inquire for fees and available dates.

Gratuities

For convenience we will add 20% gratuity, please let us know at checkout if you would like to make any changes.

Spa Etiquette

To ensure each guest receives a tranquil experience, we kindly ask that you turn your cell phones on silence and leave in your locker. We also prohibit the use of tobacco and vaping in the spa area. Guests are requested to keep voices to a minimum while enjoying our amenities.

Special Requests or Health Concerns

When making your reservations, please let us know of any physical conditions or special needs which your therapist should be made aware of and state any preference for a male or female therapist, so that we may accommodate your individual needs.

The Spa Attire

A robe and slippers with a locker for your belongings will be provided at the spa, excluding hair and nail appointments. Please do not bring jewelry or valuables unless necessary.

Age Requirements

Persons under the age of 18 are welcome to visit the spa. A signed waiver and accompaniment of a parent or adult guardian are required.

Pregnancy

In your best interest at this special time, we do not perform massages within the first trimester. It is recommended to discuss your spa visit with your physician prior to your appointment.

The Spa Amenities

Our spa has a relaxation room with light snacks and beverages before and after your appointments. Shower facilities, hair dryers and toiletries are provided.

Personal Belongings

Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home or locker. The Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Spa Promotions

Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offers.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
